Get in touch or book your free diagnostic call

Whether you already know which plan you want or you are still working out whether online tutoring suits your child, start here. The quickest route is the free 20-minute diagnostic call, but a message or a phone call works just as well and there is no pressure to sign up at the end of either.

Phone, email and where we're based

We teach entirely online, so almost everything happens over email and video call. The London office is our admin base rather than a teaching centre, so please email or call before visiting.

Diagnostic calls
Booked by requestTwenty minutes, held on video or by phone, usually offered within a few days of your enquiry. Evening slots available.

Who you'll be speaking to

Enquiries come through to our admissions team first. They handle the diagnostic call booking and the tutor match, then hand you over to the subject specialist who will actually teach the sessions.

Meet the tutors

Send us a message

The more of this you fill in, the more useful our first reply will be. If you tell us the year group, exam board and target grade, we can come back with a specific tutor suggestion and a realistic weekly session count instead of a generic brochure.

  • A named subject specialist suggested by return email
  • Two or three diagnostic call slots to choose from
  • Which plan fits: Essentials £129, Accelerate £219 or Exam Sprint £349 a month

We only use these details to answer your enquiry and arrange the diagnostic call. Parents and students are both welcome to write in.

Quick answers before you write in

The questions we get asked most often in the days before someone signs up. If yours isn't here, put it in the message form and we'll answer it directly.

Do you have availability right now?

It depends on the subject and the slot. Weekday late afternoon and early evening slots are the first to fill, particularly for Maths and Physics in the spring term. We will tell you honestly on the diagnostic call which tutors have room and when, rather than signing you up and putting you on a waiting list.

Can a student start mid-year?

Yes. Most of our students join partway through Year 12 or Year 13 rather than in September. The diagnostic call exists precisely for this: the tutor works out which topics have already been covered at school, where the gaps are, and builds the revision timetable from that point instead of starting the syllabus again from the beginning.

We're outside the UK. Does the time difference work?

Often, yes. Our tutors teach UK evenings, which suits Europe, the Middle East and much of Africa comfortably. For Asia and the Americas it gets tighter and depends on the individual tutor's schedule, so tell us your city in the enquiry and we will confirm what is genuinely workable before you commit. The recorded lesson library, past-paper walkthroughs and revision materials are available at any hour regardless of where you are.

Which exam boards do you cover?

AQA, Edexcel and OCR across Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Economics. The revision materials and past-paper walkthroughs are board-specific, so a student sitting Edexcel Maths is not working through AQA questions.

Is the diagnostic call really free, and is it a sales call?

It is free, it lasts about twenty minutes, and we do not ask for card details to book it. It is a genuine assessment call: we ask about current grades, target grades and problem topics so we can recommend a tutor and a session frequency. Sometimes the honest answer is that two sessions a week on Essentials is plenty and you do not need a bigger plan.

How do parents see whether it's working?

Progress reports go to parents regularly and cover what was taught, how the student performed on past-paper work and what the next block of sessions will target. If something is not landing, you will hear it from us before you hear it from a mock result.
